Service Description
SahibindenSat Teknoloji A.Ş. is a platform that connects property owners with buyers and real-estate agents through key-handover showings, listing publication, and/or sale/rental authorization services.
User Obligations
- The information you provide must be accurate and up to date
- You must own the property you list, or hold the authority to sell/rent it
- You may not use the Platform for unlawful or misleading purposes
Service Models and Pricing
Fees and commission rates for the Key Only, Advantaged Sale and Premium Full-Service models are clearly stated on the relevant service pages and during application. There are no hidden fees.
Limitation of Liability
The Platform is not liable for the final agreement between buyer and seller. The listing owner is responsible for the accuracy of listing information.
Intellectual Property
The Site's content, brand and design belong to SahibindenSat Teknoloji A.Ş. and may not be copied or distributed without permission.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time; the current version is always published on this page.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Turkish law; the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over any dispute.
